Whopper Sacrifice - Cool or Cruel?

Burger King recently ran a promotion on Facebook where you could get a coupon for a free Whopper by de-friending 10 of your Facebook friends. Nearly 234,000 Facebookers were de-friended amounting to more than 23,000 coupons for free Whoppers. The campaign was pulled because of “philosophical differences” between Facebook and Burger King.
